We want you to love your new furniture, which is why we offer a flexible 14-day return window from the day of delivery. To keep things as easy as possible for you:

• First 48 Hours: Returns are 100% free if you change your mind and notify us within 48 hours of your delivery.
• After 48 Hours: For any return requests made between day 3 and day 14, a flat £200 return collection fee will apply to cover the specialized two-man transport required for large furniture.

Please note: To qualify for a refund, all sofas must be completely unused, free of any damage, and safely kept in their original packaging.
