Rosemont Furniture 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your new home setup. If a piece isn't quite right for your space, Rosemont Furniture offers a 14-day return window starting from the day your item is delivered. 

To accommodate the complex logistics of transporting furniture, our return fee structure is detailed below:

• 48-Hour Grace Period: Returns initiated within the first 48 hours of delivery are completely FREE. 
• Post-48 Hour Window: Any returns initiated after the initial 48-hour window, up to the final 14th day, will incur a £200 return processing and heavy-goods collection fee.

Conditions for Return:
Items must be in their original, undamaged condition. Because we provide a complimentary packaging removal service upon delivery, we do not require you to keep the original boxes for a return, but the furniture itself must be free of wear, pet hair, or stains to qualify for a refund.
